  Pure Banana Ice Cream

A healthy ice treat for after school. “Ice cream” has never been so natural or so healthy.

Banana ice cream will give all the goodness of bananas, such as vitamin B6 and potassium. And no fat!

Serves: 6

Preparation time: overnight

6 ripe bananas

Peel bananas, wrap in cling film and freeze overnight. Soften for 20 minutes then roughly chop and whiz until thick and creamy. Best eaten straight away. Or, refreeze then soften for 20 minutes before slicing or scooping. 100% pure banana ice cream.
