Banana Toasties
If you love peanut butter and bananas, this is not be missed! It is also good just as a cold sandwich without being toasted. An ideal lunchbox or after school treat.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4

1 large banana, sliced
4 slices of raisin bread
2 teaspoon peanut butter
Polyunsaturated margarine

Preheat a jaffle or sandwich maker. Spread one side of each of the bread slices with polyunsaturated margarine. Spread the other side of each slice with peanut butter.
Place 2 slices of bread, margarine side down, in the jaffle maker. Top with banana. Top with remaining bread, margarine side up. Cook for 1 -2 minutes or until golden. Set aside for 2 minutes to cool slightly. Cut into triangles to serve.
