  Superslim Smoothie

An excellent source of protein and calcium.

Exceptionally low in fat, a good source of fibre and 40% of your calcium needs in a delicious drink.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes

1 banana, peeled
1 cup reduced fat milk
2 tablespoons diet caramel topping
1/4 cup reduced fat vanilla yoghurt or ice cream

For a delicious, filling treat that’s almost totally fat-free, freeze your banana, then chop and blend with other ingredients until smooth.

Serve in a tall glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
