  Nutty Bananarama

A low fat smoothie packed with fibre and healthy mono-unsaturated fats from the almond meal.

This smoothie has fibre, protein, calcium, vitamin C and plenty of B vitamins. Excellent for growing children and teenagers.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

1 banana
4 strawberries
200 mL skim milk
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon almond meal

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
Add ice for a chilled smoothie.
