Muscle Power Smoothie
A high protein, high calcium smoothie for muscle power.
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes

2 bananas, peeled
3 tablespoons skim milk powder
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup thick yoghurt (acidophilus, bifidus)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enough for 2 serves or one giant thirst.
