  Muscle Power Smoothie

A high protein, high calcium smoothie for muscle power.

This shake is ideal for the athlete with plenty of protein for muscle growth, carbohydrate for muscle fuel and half the day’s needs of calcium.

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

2 bananas, peeled
3 tablespoons skim milk powder
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup thick yoghurt (acidophilus, bifidus)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enough for 2 serves or one giant thirst.
