  Coco Nana Smoothie

A tropical smoothie for the kids to enjoy. High in vitamin C and packed with B group vitamins.

A nutritious smoothie with the potassium and vitamin B6 from the banana and well over half your vitamin C for the day.

Serves:    1

Preparation time:    5 minutes

1 banana
150 mL pineapple juice
1/4 cup light coconut milk
2 teaspoon desiccated coconut (for sprinkling on top)

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
