A refreshing drink with next-to-no fat or sodium, yet providing plenty of fibre and vitamin C. Perfect after-sport pick-me-up with its carbohydrate for muscle re-fueling.

1 Banana
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
150 mL apple juice (no added sugar)
Ice

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
Add more ice for a super-chilled smoothie.
