A refreshing milk free, fat-free smoothie packed with B group vitamins, fibre and antioxidants.

1/2 cup fresh raspberries
150 mL apple juice (no added sugar)
Ice

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
Add more ice for a super-chilled smoothie.
